People Always Leave

It is always unavoidable when someone close to you leave you day by day.. I mean not leaving you to another world at this point. I mean in the company.

As our company is a very special case. At the point when everyone is unhappy with the management and also their salary, leave is unavoidable. Although I do feel like leaving also after 3 of my best buddy in the company is going to leave the company in a month soon but still I can't really find a proper reason to leave. Although I do complaint about my low pay but yet after I think of my salary increment, I did get more than 20% increment since early last year when I just started my working life. What should I complaint for when I get to know most people in the company just merely get roughly 5% of increment while I have this privilege to get 10% for this round of increment.

It is soo silly of me to go negotiate with my manager about the 10% increment when I feel it is too little before thinking of I actually work less than a year in the company and I shouldn't getting any increment soo near to my confirmation increment which is just months ago.

By the way just a short history of my company turnover rate. Last year itself, there's 23 employees quit the job out of 50 sth people. And that is include any people from various departments from admin to account to customer service to sales. As for year to date (yes 30th April) 8 peoples already resigned which includes 3 of my best friends that resigned this month and waiting for their last day in May. Oh yah out of the 8 peoples, 1 is not resigned but sacked due to sexual harassment case. With such situation, do you think there's a big problem in the company?

While my manager is predicting that I'm going off soon but trying to make me stay by promise me another salary increment in December. I just couldn't trust much cause it never occurs before. Then it is smart move for him cause normally people that stay till December will definitely stay till April for incentives and also another round of increment. duhz.

With all my buddies gone, I feel no motivation anymore. My heart no more in the company. I just feel soo sad... Whatever it is, I already start looking for new job actually but at the mean time I also work very hard here cause I still actually in confused stage whether I should STAY OR NOT!

My Experience wt Malaysiakini.com

Its been soo dramatic with the increase of viewers to my blog when I just copy and paste an article from The Star about Malaysiakini written an untrue news abt our "beloved" Khairy Ja...Jahat or whatever Ja I forgot!? on the March 8th incident. With a title of "Should we trust Malaysiakini anymore?" I gained around extra 100 plus visitors in 2 hours after posted the article which is just merely a Copy & Paste work from the newspaper. To avoid any erh.. unnecessary troubles such as copyright issues or more importantly HATE MAILS, I deleted the article from my blog.

To be honest, I do read Malaysiakini and I really love the way they exposed out a lot of things in our political scene. Without them, it is hardly for us to get anything out from our own local newspaper or TV media since it have been controlled. But still I do hope that Malaysiakini to have stricten their write ups where it should be based more concrete proof rather than just write whatever to put others down. This is not the way to win in politics. We have been cheated for soo many years and we hope someone can tell us the truth and we really trusted you guys. Don't put us or, more on me I guess down...

Quit Or Not

Its been a very busy and yet emotional week. I just finished my major event of the year and it is almost in deep trouble due to some stupid colleagues. And I secretly cried in the toilet. Soo ashame of myself for doing that. Over stress, and I feel sooo a loser for the first time working in the company. 4 letters words start wt F was shouted by me to one of my manager going to make me into a deep shit..

But good thing is the invited international speaker from the headquarter in UK praised me for good product knowledge and even commented this to my boss during meeting with managers and executives..That makes me a happy boy after all. And it will makes other managers and executives hate me more...So still road not going to be smooth after this.

The F word story is spreading and even one of the stupid colleague that overheard it, told my direct manager of it. How good of her for doing so. She soo wanna stab me hardly and make me out of the company..

But I'm gonna SURVIVE! No MATTER WHAT!!!!

Our beloved Malaysia Police Force just informed my friend that PEEPING GIRLS in the toilet is NOT a CRIME!!!!????????

My colleague caught another colleague taking her pictures in the toilet while she was peeing. Then a police report was lodged. 2 days after, my friend went to the police station again, fuck the Sergeant in the police station scolded my friend and saying that it is not even a CRIME!!!

I smelled something suspicious. We sooo going to make it big... Any ideas how to fight back? I sooo wanna tear down the Sergeant from that SS2 Police Station! I tell yah he is either bribed or just too lazy to investigate and I say most probably is BRIBED! Since the peeping tom already confessed his wrongdoing through my boss but he never report himself to police of course. But still the police just wanna close case just like that!!!!

HOW CAN???? HELPPPPP!!!

Malacca Trip- The Food Galore Trip

The other day, I went Malacca again with LoY to have a food galore trip and we were staying in Equatorial Hotel at a very cheap rate of RM129.50. Anyway it is definitely easy to guess that we are GAY COUPLE since the reception is asking whether I need two beds instead of one king size bed as requested during my online-booking.. Woahaha.. And I said I need a KING SIZE BED! :P

The Heeren Street of Malacca... It taste sucks.. :P 0/10

The so called best Wantan Mee in melaka.. And I give this 3/10. It is really one of the worse Wantan mee I had in my life!

The so called best satay in Malacca (n they serve pork satay too)... The meat is too dry.. But the satay sauce is special.. But still Kajang satay the BEST!-- 6/10

One of the famous Popiah that parked nicely outside at shop at Jonker Street.. Taste really good. 8/10!

Uniquely belongs to Malacca... Satay Celup.. my fav in the Malacca.. 10/10

Fresh meat from KL. uhmnn yummy 4packs(losing 2 packs due to more food and lack of exercise) and also the STICK!... 10/10! :P

Of course after the stick, we need some balls too! This is recommended by the book I mean out of few chicken rice balls, they said this the best.. yay.. And I AGREED! 8.5/10

The Tutti Fruiti at a local old Ice Shop. I can say it can actually competes with Haagen Daz. Really good.. especially the Vanilla Ice Cream! :P 9/10

Malacca Trip- The Paradise of Nature!

Was in some place around Melaka (email me to know the place due to some erh, discretion in case ppl googled out to find me oh!) yah it is really a nice place to enjoy the nature as well as getting more knowledge on local fruits and as well as a CHANCE to see Coconut Crab as well (yaya din get to see that and I truly think that it all have died but the owner just refuse to admit as want to attract more visitors cause thats is their main attraction..)!
